What a little treasure this motel is, with the nicest of owners/managers, Emma and Murray. We were stranded in Uralla during the "Great Snow Storm of 2025" ... no power, no heating and no food. They started up their laundry generator to charge our phones (although the mobile towers then went out so we couldn't contact anyone anyway), they provided us with hot water in a thermos for tea and coffee and supplied milk, advised we could get a hot meal at the TopPub, loaned my husband a shovel to did the car out of the snow a coup... read more
When it comes to customer service , it doesn't get any better than here . Murray was amazing . Room was warm and cosy, bed was comfy with the added bonus of a good sized parking spot . A short walk to one of the pubs for dinner kept everything nice and convenient. I'm sure to be back . Thankyou.
Had a wonderful stay in the disability room which was no only very roomy the shower room was very large and included a shower chair and plenty of rails. Bed was comfy it was very clean and right in the Centre of town. Would absolutely stay again and would recommend it to everyone
