BEWARE if you are not a local customer. If you get something you don't want thru mail, they will NOT let you return it! I got 1st rx for 8 oz. cream for $75 (my ins. doesn't cover it). Tried to refill online but got no confirmation. Called & was told "coupon" was only good for 1 month & Pharm. reached out to Derm for "equivalent" rx. Manager Jessa M.was absurdly rude and utterly unhelpful. My prescription was damaged (smashed) when it arrived and Bushnell pharmacy told me that it was FedExs problem and if I wanted to get my prescriptions again they would be the full price without insurance. So I called FedEx and opened a claim. FedEx required a shipping waiver from Bushnell and Bushnell “claimed” to have sent it, but FedEx never received it. I went to my dermatologist last week on 1/20/21 for my acne and after my appointment she prescribed me 3 antibiotics for my skin. Mind you my skin was extremely bad and my dermatologist sent me sample products until I received my prescriptions. I called Bushnell Pharmacy and was told by 3 different people that I was going to receive my meds that friday... STILL NO MEDS so, they told me I could receive them Saturday. These crooks sold my wife an 8 oz bottle of lotion for $65. They sent her a1 oz bottle and refuse to let her return for a refund. StY awY from these clowns.
