Manager Jessa M.was absurdly rude and utterly unhelpful. My prescription was damaged (smashed) when it arrived and Bushnell pharmacy told me that it was FedExs problem and if I wanted to get my prescriptions again they would be the full price without insurance. So I called FedEx and opened a claim. FedEx required a shipping waiver from Bushnell and Bushnell “claimed” to have sent it, but FedEx never received it. I went to my dermatologist last week on 1/20/21 for my acne and after my appointment she prescribed me 3 antibiotics for my skin. Mind you my skin was extremely bad and my dermatologist sent me sample products until I received my prescriptions. I called Bushnell Pharmacy and was told by 3 different people that I was going to receive my meds that friday... STILL NO MEDS so, they told me I could receive them Saturday. BEWARE if you are not a local customer. If you get something you don't want thru mail, they will NOT let you return it! I got 1st rx for 8 oz. cream for $75 (my ins. doesn't cover it). Tried to refill online but got no confirmation. Called & was told "coupon" was only good for 1 month & Pharm. reached out to Derm for "equivalent" rx. These crooks sold my wife an 8 oz bottle of lotion for $65. They sent her a1 oz bottle and refuse to let her return for a refund. StY awY from these clowns.
