I recently purchased a 2017 Bushmaster Bluegum, second hand from Northern N,S.W. Before Driving from Melbourne to view the van I had phoned and messaged Terry several times to ask questions about what to look for condition wise with a van of that age. We picked up our 22 foot Ironbark (with recliners) from Terry in May 2024 and couldn’t be happier. The whole experience for a first time van owner was exceptional. Terry was so patient in answering all of our questions and nothing was too difficult…..even the window at the back that I had to have that he advised against but still did for me. Recently I took delivery of our brand new 21'-02" custom made Bushmaster Offroad Ironbark caravan. It is a 20'-10" floor plan with a 6'-6" long queen bed which resulted in the longer body. A standard caravan queen bed is only 6 ft long (i.e. the length of a double bed). Also it has an Aluminium Chassis and Simplicity leaf spring suspension which is load-sharing, full wheel articulation and doesn't need shock absorbers (no absorbers/mounts to break on the Gibb River Road and is the same suspension used by the army).
