Best practice I've ever been to
Dr Sarah, can’t do her job properly and now leaves me having to be out pocket for her mistake as she never sent off a referral and wants me to go back and see her so she can now send off a referral. Not good enough! I have asked for the appointment to be bulked billed as it’s her mistake but that’s not an option. If the referral was done on time this wouldn’t happen. I shouldn’t have to be out of pocket for a mistake Dr Sarah has made.
I have recently started seeing Dr Sarah and have enjoyed my appointments with her. She is friendly and is always on time, I never have to wait more than a few minutes. The admin team are great and friendly
