Thank you Dr Brice Robertson for advice and support leading to my knee operation six months ago. Also big shout out of thanks to nursing team in particular to Jo for her care with vaccinations and much thanks to the reception area staff. A great GP practice.

Best practice I've ever been to
Dr Sarah, can’t do her job properly and now leaves me having to be out pocket for her mistake as she never sent off a referral and wants me to go back and see her so she can now send off a referral. Not good enough! I have asked for the appointment to be bulked billed as it’s her mistake but that’s not an option. If the referral was done on time this wouldn’t happen. I shouldn’t have to be out of pocket for a mistake Dr Sarah has made.
I have recently started seeing Dr Sarah and have enjoyed my appointments with her. She is friendly and is always on time, I never have to wait more than a few minutes. The admin team are great and friendly
