Tommy, Voy, Griffin, and Eddie are superb! I had a 40 year old, not up to code, deck replaced with a new deck. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Their attention to detail is phenomenal and craftsmanship is truly amazing. They explained the construction process and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them for all your deck construction needs. They are very professional, return all calls and show up on time to the job, and leave a very clean worksite when finished. Tommy, Voy, and the rest of the crew with Pocono Deck Dudes did an awesome job with our deck! They communicated with us every step of the way and offered many options to create our dream deck. They were very professional and finished an entire day early. I highly recommend them!
I Hired Pocono Decks Dudes for a deck with demo of two stairs. For 14k, they charged me for an 8 by 20 deck with demo cost. They are very unprofessional and posing as seasoned contractors, when they are barely DIY’ers. They never sent me a real sketch and every time I asked for one, they would “forget”. When they started, I had to text multiple times to ask when they were coming back as they left my unit in a hazardous state.
