Recently I went on a trip to a idaho and got to meet the pilot Gabriel F. He really went above and beyond. He encouraged me to not feel afraid of flying. When our gates kept changing and and elderly lady had trouble walking. He got her a wheelchair so her daughter could push her to the next gate and even made sure her walker got on the plane. I've never seen a pilot do this. This man needs a medal.
