Thomas is very knowledgeable. He explained everything and answered all my questions and concerns. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because sometimes he’s hard to get a hold of. Sometimes I would call and wait for a call back so then I would text if still no response I would have my husband contact him. And I understand people are busy but I used to work in an office and we had to return calls within 24 hrs. Other than that I was very happy with how knowledgeable and polite he was.
