Hello, I am reaching out to report a very unhappy and unprofessional experience with this business which started on April 12th 2021. I called and set up an appointment to visit Bushey because my vehicle's air conditioning was blowing cold air. they called after inspecting and troubleshooting and advised me that the condenser was bad and that it needed to be replaced and that would be $600. once completed I picked up and noticed it still wasn't as cold as it usually was or how it should be for a 6 year old truck. a week past ... read more

Terrible. The owner (Justin) lied to me. I had been promised that my vehicle (which needed mostly tune up work in addition to radiator and a/c work) would be ready in "one to two weeks". At the end of the third week, when I came to pick up my truck out of disgust, they finally produced a written estimate. Yes, 3 weeks for a written estimate. We took a radiator in last week for a repair and flush and paid for it as such and got it home the next day (1.5 hour round trip) only to find it had obviously not been flushed. You could still see crud through the ports. We proceeded to flush it ourselves with a garden hose to find about 1/2 pound of crud in it that was causing the cooling problem. Tried to reason with them (Justin) and was told, basically, to piss off. Didn't look into it or ask any questions of Tom (radiator tech), just "If you asked us to flush it then i... read more

These guys are the radiator & air conditioning pro's. My grampa, my dad and my cousins and uncles have been going here for years. Not only do they have great service but they have hands down the best quality parts in the the state. Thank you Bushey for getting me back on the road.
