My 70 year old Mother was treated absolutely horrible by the woman working the office today. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional to say the very least. Not only was my Mother spoken to poorly, but she was also yelled at & her credit card thrown at her. My Mother waited patiently for over 2 (almost 3) weeks for the service & did not give one reason to receive such treatment.
