After popping in to try on for size a puffer jacket (Friday 19th June), I was blown away with the great display of their range. Was able to find items super easy, shop layout flowed very easily. The young women serving everyone was super polite to all customers ahead of me and sounded very helpful if items weren’t in stock.. For being a late Friday afternoon she was totally locked in and dedicated to serving her customers than thinking of what she was up to after work. Ordered on a Sunday and it arrived on a Thursday, quick delivery was a shock. Great experience to purchase, easy and no fuss. Going to be using this for motorbike adventures so size and weight counts. I’ll review it on my YouTube channel (Old Mate Rides) when the weather improves and give my opinions then. Looks the goods though.
I recently had one of my Bushbuck coats gifted to me and, after a few months of use, I noticed some stitching had started to come apart in the arm. I reached out to Bushbuck expecting to discuss a repair, and they completely owned the issue. Sarah replied within a day and was incredibly professional, helpful, and apologetic. I have quite a bit of Bushbuck gear, thermals and jacket, great in Victoria Alpine region hunting Sambar. I have a pack, I use everywhere. It tough, well though out, light weight and warring well. I’ve got a tomohawk cooker that’s doing great and recently got an Armourdillo rooftop tent which I love. So far I’ve only used it in Queensland. The ventilation is keeping me cool. I will test it out soon in some colder country.
