I have been trying to make an appointment for the past 2 weeks. I have left 3 messages in 2 weeks with no response. I have also been put on hold for as long as an hour with STILL no response. I decided I am going to drive to the Lafayette office today and find out what the heck is going on!
I called to follow up to make sure that they have received my referral. I was told yes. I called 48 hrs later and now was told they don't have the referral. I asked to speak to who was in charge of the referrals, She would not let me talk to her. Then the woman asks me why I did not schedule an appointment when I first called. I said the other woman would not schedule until the referral was processed. Then she got all snotty so I hung up.
The best. Great doc with an ear to listen.
