I regret doing business with this company. Terrible experience that keeps getting worse. Stay away from this company and especially MATT STEVENS. While in the process of purchasing the truck, I was ensured the truck would be inspected, and turns out it never was. Even worse, the truck cab has a pretty heavy leak everytime it rains, so I am quite literally getting rained on while driving… None of the damage was ever mentioned. Excellent experience! I had the truck I needed for my new business in no time.
Currently approaching 70 days of waiting for my title since payment. Shannon has failed to provide any customer service or resolution to the situation. Heather has ignored emails of mine for weeks at a time and nobody can give me any information on when I should receive the title for the vehicle we've paid in full for. Would not recommend as every person i've dealt with at this company just does not care.
