Terrible company. Takes them weeks to provide a title to a truck once it is paid off. I have been waiting 3 weeks now and the excuses keep coming.
There has to be better companies to deal with. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
Terrible customer support. Many other leasing companies out there. Avoid this one.
Real friendly when they want to sell you something, and not so much when you want something from them. I contacted them to pay off the vehicle early and they were quick to suggest a voluntary repossession. Which would obviously be bad for me, and good for them. Lots of other custom outfitters and leasing companies out there. I recommend you do your research and shopping and stay away from this company.
