We bought a Bush Refrigeration Floral Cooler 3-1/2 years ago, and it just stopped cooling. I called Bush and they refused to help at all without it first being diagnosed by a licensed commercial refrigeration service at our cost. After spending $350 to have it diagnosed, we were told that it would cost another $1000 to purchase a new starter in order to diagnose the compressor, which is the only part that is covered by the warranty.
