Joe Creen is a wonderful person on top of being an excellent adviser . If recommend him if you need a trial attorney. Though I have not used him in this capacity. Strait forward and knowledgeable.
I called to ask for same-day options for legal council and the secretary laughed at me and said well all our lawyers are out today so no. I can’t say how the legal team operates, but if their secretary is a glimpse into their professionalism, then I do not have much hope for this group.
Be careful on who you pick for a lawyer. The lawyer I used didn't seem she fought very hard for me. She seemed unprepared and over her head dealing with my case with the Iowa DOT. I was advised to not appeal for reasons that it would be a waste of time and money on a losing battle. PICK THE RIGHT LAWYER/LAW FIRM.
