Ordered a book shelf from Wayfair and it was missing a shelf. I ordered the replacement from Bush Industries and it's been a month and the part is still on backorder. Beware before purchasing.
Order two bookshelves, put them together to find that they were warped shelves didn’t align and had marks all over them. Submitted several requests for return and refund as well as called. No response. This company clearly does not engage with customers in a purposeful way.
