Order two bookshelves, put them together to find that they were warped shelves didn’t align and had marks all over them. Submitted several requests for return and refund as well as called. No response. This company clearly does not engage with customers in a purposeful way.

Friendly people but terrible follow-through! My cabinet was missing a part and I’ve been calling them for over 2 weeks and I still don’t have the part. I DO NOT recommend buying from this company, part should not have been missing in the first place.
