Tried to give them my business. I have two homes in Interlachen and wanted a quote for insurance. I gave them the information they needed on the phone. After a week, I called back and was asked for the same information again. Then I got an e-mail asking for the information about the homes. 10 more days went by, still never got a quote, so I emailed them to forget about it. The didn't respond to that either. To be fair, they did give me a quote for auto insurance, that took multiple calls / emails and still took about 2 weeks... read more
