I love going there to wash my car, my car is very clean and shinny and the service is great
Every time I come through, Sergio’s super friendly and makes the whole experience easy. He always has a great attitude, checks in to make sure everything’s good, and you can tell he actually cares about his job. My car always comes out spotless, and his customer service honestly stands out compared to most places. Definitely appreciate the consistency and positive energy!

I went to Mister Car Wash at the Edison location in Kennewick, and the manager, Chris, went above and beyond to help me! He was friendly, genuine, and truly made my day. My tires were all low, and instead of just answering my question, he found a handheld tire pump and personally made sure all of my tires had air in them. Excellent service and kindness like this are rare—thank you, Chris, for your outstanding help!
