Best bank I've ever delt with. No errors, excellent customer service, easy online banking. I've been with them for 6 years.
I called customer service to ask about a check I received in my late mother-in law's estate (I am the executor of the will) and how to deposit it, etc. A week later my wife and I received a candle in the mail along with a note saying how sorry they (Busey) were to hear about her passing.
