They claim each transaction is covered by the FDIC amd how safe It is to use Zelle through their bank, but if you send money be prepared to kiss it goodbye if recipient is a fraud. They'll tell you it's your fault that you didn't know any better. Your better off with PayPal. At least with PayPal you can dispute it and get your money back. Using Zelle through Busey is only safe they said if you are the one receiving money. Which makes absolutely no sense. Yea I'm switching banks.

Reached out to customer service several times regarding an issue with a bank account. Told each time they would “call me back” it’s been three weeks now and I still can’t transfer money. Had to use a third party app. Very disappointing. Edit : Perfect example of their attention to detail below. My name isn’t Kevin. It’s literally spelled out above you. Do not do business with this bank.
