This was a horrible experience! I was entice to come here because they were giving me a $6,000 grant. I let them know I could not turn on the utilities, and my home officer told me that should not be a problem. My officer was super nice when I first starting talking with her. But after I agreed to go with Busey, everything changed....She was being rude, not responding to my calls or texts, until she needed documents the day before they are due. Husband went in today to pay off a small business loan and was told he will get the payoff amount by "paper mail" in 2 weeks! Customer service is weird there. It's like they want to be nice but also make everything as difficult as possible to do but with a smile and then be very defensive and act victimized if you question their methods at all.
