She is a (the) Model Employee, and it's a shame that you can't "clone" her, and share with your other branches. The concept of "Service With a Smile" must have originated with Mary. She's a Real Gem.

When calling into this location, Mary, was rude, unprofessional, and hung up on me. Do not do business with this bank ever!!!!!
If I could give 10 stars I totally would in a split second. Mary , Jessica and Cindy are very kind and very professional. If you are looking for a great banking institution and truly exceptional customer service this is the place to be.
