It’s constant delay after delay. The assistant Vanessa is constantly rude when asked for updates. She has given wrong or misleading updates. Called Friday asking if they were accepting new clients, was told they are, gave information. Four days later they call and say they are not taking new clients... Thank you for wasting four days
