Update. I fired her August 2025. I have requested my retainer and full file back repeatedly. No more response, no return, and her reasoning is she has medical issues, and I am sympathetic over that sincerely.I am. I still need my retainer back. She is not supposed to just keep people's money and not give them a timeline. At first I was confident. Communication was terrible. I ended up terminating our contract in August. I am still waiting for my returned retainer funds and my file. I have requested it countless times and cannot get her on the phone to get any timeline or feedback. Terrible experience. Arlys, I need my retainer funds back!
