Jeff was absolutely amazing. Susanne in the office was amazing as well! All of my future family will be coming to Busch I really felt like they all really genuinely cared for me and my family thru this difficult time. Being a young adult I did not feel like they took advantage of me at all like prob most people would have done. They are truly the best. Thank you all for everything you did for my dad and for us greiving him.

My fathers passing was completely unexpected and right before Christmas. I was lost, i had no idea where to start. My dad always said if anything happen to him this was the funeral home he wanted. That was all the information i needed, i was in no shape to make decisions or talk to anyone, they agreed to work with my boyfriend which was awesome. They also helped us litteraly every step of the way, answering text, calls , emails at any hour. They truly made a horrible unexpected tragedy, not as horrible going forward. My fath... read more

I want to share my deepest gratitude towards Jeff for his compassion and empathy. It would have been a lot harder to get through if it weren't for his genuine kindness. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making this process a little more bearable.
