My fathers passing was completely unexpected and right before Christmas. I was lost, i had no idea where to start. My dad always said if anything happen to him this was the funeral home he wanted. That was all the information i needed, i was in no shape to make decisions or talk to anyone, they agreed to work with my boyfriend which was awesome. My Father-in-Law suddenly passed away last week and my Mother-in-Law was in shock after the loss. We initially went to Busch just to talk with Jeff and discuss packages options. Jeff was amazing at showing empathy to where my Mother-in-Law was as at emotionally. He was so kind and made us feel welcomed and comfortable in this difficult situation.
