Great people and high quality products! They custom designed our patio and outdoor kitchen! Motorized screens are a must!
If anyone comes here you better dress like you have deep pockets because they will ignore you if you don’t look like you belong . I got a set of gas logs purchased and installed and worst experience! The guy installed wrong logs , could have been really bad .stay away , I don’t see them making it long term .
Just unprofessional and plain out rude. It was a struggle just receiving help and once I did receive help, the salesman was very dismissive and unhelpful even refusing to show me an electric fireplace place because he believed “it was too expensive” when a budget HADN’T EVEN BEEN ESTABLISHED. The overall shopping experience was unpleasant and uncomfortable to say the least. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and I hope the management addresses this issue promptly!
Just awful awful AWFUL. This place not only has the worst customer service, but their paint was chipping from their furniture. I wouldn’t recommend at ALL.
Make sure you're dressed well, have your hair fixed, make up perfect, & the salesmen see you drive up in your luxury car... If you want to get assistance. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe my experience. Oh well their loss.
