Overpriced. Charged $135 for a sales attempt to get me to buy new logs for my fireplace.
DON'T BUY FIRELOGS FROM HERE!!! Purchased mine in 2023 and have had to have at least one service call every year. They try to charge $130 for each visit. Sell an inferior product and then charge to fix it. What a racket!! RUN!!!
