Called multiple times and left messages with the answering service. Haven't received a call back. Sent an email during the week and haven't gotten a response. We are owed a report from an inspection that has been paid for. I have had positive experiences in the past but it seems like they have been less reliable and responsive in the last year. We are going to try Murphy elevator.
They were the only company that would service my brand of elevator. Tyler the tech was very knowledgeable and polite. The work got done in a very timely manor. Will for sure us this company in the future.

I've been using Busch for many years, after switching from alternatives, for servicing the elevators in my 65,000 SF office building. They are by far the best elevator service company I've found in Cincinnati.
They always do a wonderful job and are very responsive. I wouldn't trust my elevator to anyone else!!
