Bought several appliances from this company and my refrigerator keeps breaking, the freezer that is. Installing the washer and dryer they've torn apart my walls!! When I called the company that makes the appliance I learned that they made me PAY for a warranty that is supposed to be FREE. In the process of the fridge breaking they've fixed it twice, but now ignore my calls, send me to voicemail, and I've had a broken freezer for a month now. I can't even get help to get this freezer fixed now!!

STAY AWAY! They will cheat, lie and steal to make a buck! – I bought a used refrigerator from Randy at Busby's Appliances and he stated numerous times that it was in perfect working order and how well he cleaned it. It was delivered to my house free of charge, but the guy who delivered it caved in the bottom of it by dropping it, but didn't tell me he had damaged it. Great Personal Service! Always treated like family, service after sale is fantastic, will DELIVER how cool is that? – I've been doing business with the Busby Family for about 20 years. While not many local shops can compete with larger "Wal-Mart" types, Busby does. Do not expect to go in and find his prices to be consistently lower than others, they are not.
