This place is a pure dump! The staff and both Busby and Webb are incompetent, unprofessional and just plain rude! After making an appointment, the doctor wouldn't even meet /talk with me about my child's teeth. He sent his assistant to speak with me as he was too busy with other patients??!! She was clueless! Are you serious? Busby/Webb could of cared less about any of my questions/ comments/ concerns! Thank goodness I didn't choose this group for any type of orthodontic work! A total disgrace!
