Horrible service here at this place! Took 4 tires on at opening waited all day for the only tire guy to show up. He told me he was at a bar all day wasn't coming into work today. 3:30 I finally got my tires not done.. never again!. Stay away from this horrible place. This guy calls me a liar, the tire replacement man told us face to face where he was. This owner is a joke!
Second update...they replaced the part I took them to fix my car. I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars because I am done with this business. It was not my intention to hurt anyone's business. I just wanted to share my experience. The business asked that I follow up with the whole story so here it is. We brought you our car and the part(paid for by us) it needed to be fixed. You said you would have to ship it overseas to be reprogrammed and asked for $300. Took my running car in to get issue fixed they had it for a month said they couldn't figure it out went to pick up car would not run anymore and was missing parts there's a reason it says Busby tire and alignment
If I could give them a no star rating I would. They have had my car (and my money) for five months and it is still not fixed.
Only air conditioning was worked on, but now my engine sounds totally different than before and really bad! People have even made comments on the horrible sound, asking me what is wrong with my car. There were also some problems with communication that are also the reason for this rating.
