Dr was great but this practice will not accept cash but will charge extra when pay with eftpos
Saw dr rafiqur rahman about a sore throat to only be told maybe panadol or go to emergency, if i could leave 0 stars i would, asked reception if we still have to pay because i could get the exact same advice from any body off the street, to be told yes u still have to pay, first and last time here and will let every one know sincerly very disappointed customer
Outstanding service, both from clinicians and receptionists. I have been a client of this practice for forty years and have never felt other than grateful for the services I have been given.
Receptionists are absolutely terrible. Waited 50 minutes for Dr, asked reception about how many are in front. They told me 2 patients in front. I left to move my car due to the 1 hour parking limit on the street. Told the Dr came 2 minutes after I left and now has moved on, and I'm left without an appointment Told the receptionist she said 2 were in front of me and were wrong. Dr Rafiqur Rahman should not be able to practice at Busby, he is by far the absolute worst "Doctor" in the central west. You can expect to get more 1 star reviews as long as he's present in your centre.
