Always a wonderful experience
I purchased an Excursion triton at a dealer in Dallas and didn't realize Buzby's was a dealer. After I put my boat in the water I needed some repair work done. I saw online that Buzby's was a warranteed dealer so I talked to them about fixing my boat. At first they said it would be a couple of weeks so I returned after 2 1/2 weeks and asked about timing for the repair. I was told they wouldn't be able to fix it. Our family loves the service we have received from Busby Marine. We have been treated as family. We purchased our boat over 10 years ago and they have serviced and maintain it as if it were their own. All it has ever taken was a phone call and if they could not perform the service needed we have been referred to others (and in several cases took care of any arrangements to get our boat there and back) that have been just as friendly and nice as the Busby family.
