Service department was not welcoming…the guy at the service desk eyes never left his cell phone and a guy had to come from the back to give me a item that was right in front of the guy at the desk…no hello no eye contact with a smile…lacking basic customer service skills…
Service dept is clean and everyone there is super friendly. Would highly recommend taking your nissan there for service.
They always give the most attentive customer experience. Special shout out to the fantastic service department as well as Linken who is always helpful, available, and has an infectious positive attitude.
