I chose to go with the dealer auto body after being clipped by a semi in my brand new car 3 months after purchase. It took about a week for it to be repaired and paperwork was fairly easy. The work done to the damaged area ( back left door, and above tire ) looks great, I cannot tell it happened. I do feel like I was spoken to different ( as a girl ) and thought to be a little dumb. This place is located around the corner from office. I had a little mishap with a raised parking lot that damaged my rocker panel. Brought it in for them to look at. They immediately took my car in to look at the issue. As I waited I assumed I’d get an estimate to repair it. But instead, in less than 30 minutes, it was repaired. But that’s not the best part.
