Not reliable or dependable. If you need to be somewhere by a specific time, it’s not the way. I have been taking it every day for 31/2 years. In November 2022 they passed a millage promising improvements. There have been none. Same level of service as before then. Where did that $25 million go
I’d suggest taking an Uber instead this company has the most disgusting, dishonest, disorganized individuals working for them. They don’t know the concept of time but they yell and scream about being accommodated, for what your failure? Your inability to properly do your job and comprehend the concept of arriving to destinations on time or respecting your guests who ride in your vehicles. Please immediately fire every person working for this company because it never gets better it always gets worse.
