I’ve taken flixbus many times in Europe, of course the experience is far worse in the USA…bus pulls up 20 minutes late. It’s an unmarked bus with no greyhound or flixbus logo. Driver continues to vape and talk on the phone for the next 10 minutes before leaving. No one is sitting in their assigned seats and people are all talking loudly on the phone. Why can’t we have nice things in this country…
This review is for FlixBus. I needed a simple ride to LA and it has turned into an incredibly troubling experience. It is impossible to change or refund your booking if anything goes wrong. There is no number to contact them and their online chat will sit for an hour unanswered. Horrendous customer service. Avoid them unless you enjoy wasting your day trying to organize around riding with this company.

Ive been on this same bus for 10 hours (five hours on another greyhound before i transferred) and 45 minutes ago we switched drivers from a Greyhound driver to a Flix driver and when we made our first stop the driver used the PA System i didnt know we had for the FIRST time in the last ten hours and 5 or so stops. I cant express how good it feels to be communicated with properly while enduring a long and difficult trip. Thank you Flix!
