1st time customer. Alex came to my house, was a wealth of knowledge re rug cleaning, types, etc. He’s super friendly, respectful, obviously takes care in his work and is 100% customer focused. In the time promised, he delivered my loved Persian rug looking like the day I bought it in Berkeley, CA 5+ years ago at Istanbul Rug. Great service, competitive prices, quality work. I couldn’t have had a better experience, and I highly recommend them.
We had an amazing experience with Bury’s Carpet and Oriental Rug Cleaning! Alex arrived right on time and took the time to thoroughly inspect our carpet. With four pets in the house, we were concerned about the chemicals used, but Alex reassured us everything was pet-safe. He got to work promptly and didn't stop until the job was done thoroughly. He also gave us some great advice on how to care for our carpet in the future. We couldn’t be happier with the service—highly recommend!

Could not be more satisfied with Burys! I had them come out to clean one of my oriental rugs and they also were able to clean my wall to wall carpet and a chair, every stain came out perfectly. Very professional guys & would highly recommend. Won’t be using anybody but Burys for my carpet/upholstery needs in the future.
