Not commenting on the nurses who have a difficult job to do, but management who are so shortsighted they built a hospice without adequate parking, and treat the surrounding streets as an overflow carpark causing bad blood amongst residents who return home with nowhere to park. Some of us are elderly, some have small children, some are women who have parked a long way and had to walk in dark on their own. Unacceptable and inconsiderate.
I'm totally convinced that the lady's working at bury hospice upstairs at the inpatients department are literally angels sent from the heavens to see pain misery suffering & death day in day out not just on patients face but there family's too while still staying professional, positive, understanding and extremely careing and always happy to help with a smile on there faces is something that can only be described as an absolute blessing and a credit to the job but the way theses lady's conducted themselves the term job isn't... read more
Absolutely beautiful place,looked after Dad Robert Stewart and all my family and made his last few days comfortable and pain free.And kept us all informed on what was happening. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts,your all angels. Forever grateful The Stewart Family xxx
