My horse was and has been misdiagnosed multiple times; the most recently though on Christmas Day where I payed a £300 deposit come to New Year’s Day and my horse who was initial diagnosed with a stifle issue has now 6 days later had an abscess burst when I rang to get a vet out I was asked for a further £300 even though they have not solved the issue the first time when I asked what I was supposed to do if I didn’t had the £300 I was told they are not a charity their a business by the vet her self then told me to ask my dad ... read more
Great friendly staff
Booked an appointment, vet never turned up, to ring up and find out they hadn't even booked it just told me they had. When trying to get my horses x-rays and blood results back had to call multiple times over 2 weeks and still didnt recievce them. this is the first and last time i will be using there services
