I met Sorrel Plumb and she was amazing, very patient and really sweet. Definitely going back there
Excellent customer service. Has a changing room with gowns and robes. Excellent waiting room with refreshments. Went for an initial consultation following a Facebook promotion. Shame there was no adjustment at all but examination was thorough. They took extra x-rays, which the email said would only be £20 but ended up being £80. I did have the option to not have them taken so there was no pressure or hard sell, but just not in line with the expectation set in the marketing. Been coming here for a year. Intensive therapy initially and now maintenance. They have worked wonders with my sciatica and arthritic hip. Highly recommend!
