Rude only wants to help when it’s good for them.
The front was damaged a bit and the driver's door edge got jammed - you could not open it more than 10cm so you could imagine how inconvenient that could be! When I came to Tony's (by recommendation), he was busy and asked me to come for the quote the next day but before I left he said - wait, I can help you a bit - Tony took a chisel and 30 seconds later the door was opening like new!!!
