Today my husband and I picked up our new Nissan Patrol Warrior from a great guy Nik Gatsios, he went above and beyond to help us. My husband suffers from bipolar and PTSD and he is having a hard time at the moment, from the moment we walked into the dealership everyone was so nice to us. Nik took his time to go through the car with us and made my husband and I comfortable. The whole experience was fantastic. Called them to check on a car I’m buying, person on the phone started making up laws saying they can’t reveal how many kms the car was sold at, when asked what law that was they said ‘that’s my personal matter’ what a joke 😂😂😂

I will never buy from Nissan again. I bought a Pathfinder 9–10 years ago and drove only 75,000km. Before even hitting that mark, the transmission failed completely. Nissan's response? Blame the customer — because I used a local mechanic instead of their official service centre. How does a transmission failure have anything to do with where you get a routine check-up? We have been with Burwood Nissan for ten years . This week they quoted $1400 for a repair while servicing one of our Nissans . I rang another Nissan dealer and the repair was half the price . When I raised the discrepancy , I received no acknowledgement and in fact disdain . I rang to speak to the manager and was told he would call back - nada !!
