To test drive a new car you are forced to agree a $10,000 insurance excess. Surprised they sell any cars treating potential customers this way. I walked. In the future if I know a dealer is owned by Autopact I will avoid like the plague.
One star rating because I can’t give less than it. I have bought used car from this place 6 months ago. The car price was $8000 and used car agent named Theo has sold us dummy car. When I visited first time I told him sound is coming out from engine , fix that first and than I’m happy to buy it. But however on when doing on Payment I sled him and he said everything was alright sound has gone but not 100% but it reduced at certain level. Just wanted to share a big thanks and a 5 star review for Dave, Daniel, Nicole and the rest of the wonder service team at Burwood Nissan. Our Pathfinder had developed an annoyingly intermittent problem that we could never seem to be able to capture on video or make happen on demand.
