Not delighted. Purchased a second hand vehicle here, and have tried the service department twice. went back through the service records, and discovered that the major service due when I purchased the car wasn't done - the oil was changed and the service light reset. Have requested this be rectified three times now, and the most positive response has been 'everyone does that' Service team that does the actual work is fabulous.
