Amazing, professional service.
I met with Dr. Karunaratne on June 19th, 2025. I came to this clinic because I had slipped down some stairs. I believed I could have broken or sprained my foot. Firstly, I do want to stress the wait time for my appointment was short. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The office was clean and was not too busy. However, my issues with the clinic came when I saw the doctor. He looked at my foot for less than 60 seconds. Told me it’s a sprain because I should be in more pain than I am. Doctor Hemantha was pretty dismissive and kind of a jerk. First time reviewer of any doctor but just had to throw it out there. Go elsewhere.
Made a booking, but they cancelled my booking because I hotdoc wouldn't send me my sms verification, better off finding another clinic
