The receptionist here take have the attitude of taking power trips .Customers don't get a respectable service the minute after a phone consultation the phone rings demanding on the spot payment like you are some kind of a criminal ,Third world standards here ,The customers don't get treated with dignity.
Worst experience ever. One has to wait for ages for them to simply pick up the phone. And then they will hangup the phone themselves😒.
Be prepared to wait at least 1hr each time
I booked an appointment in the morning and didn't get a notification that it wasn't successful 8 minutes before the appointment time. The new clinic is terrible. Parking is terrible and public transport access is poor. Everyone waiting in the same room is stupid, a maze of corridors to find the doctor, no computer sign in. It's also a work zone, drilling next to the waiting room? Whoever decided to move the clinic should be fired. The doctors and patients deserved better.
