Booked a 4:30 appointment for x ray results it’s 5:22 and I’m still waiting. All for something they could have told me over the phone.
The operator was rude and hung up the phone before I responded.
Dr John Sun is very good. And I will defend the medical receptionists who are clearly understaffed. To all those patients posting negative reviews, be grateful it's bulk billed and give them a break, go elsewhere with your entitled attitude, after all as I said before it is bulk billing, so no cost is involved

The physio was dismissive and did not care. I had severe back pain which she didn’t do much about nor care. Ignore my problems siting bad posture and told me my back was like 80 year old person. Gave me 2 exercises and out in 10 mins for $100 consultation! All the while she chatted about her personal life!
