Drifted from doctor to doctor at this place, and each has been negative experience. Going to find a different place now.
Terrible pathology service since moving from Burwood centre. Only one room and long wait time. Taking up to 20min per person and had to wait over an hour after been 4th in queue. Unacceptable practice from a medical service provider. After being a patient here for over 20 years will be looking at another practice closer and quicker in providing service. Get your act together and fast.
Absolutely poor service from the Receptionist. Patient is waiting to see a doctor and needed assistance at the counter, and 2 nurses were on their phones watching funny videos both laughing and not assisting any patient when the patient is waiting to be served. Please be mindful the patient is unwell as well. Absolutely dissapointed and horrid with the experience. The doctor has no idea the patient has turned up. Very disappointed in my time at Burwood health, I found the receptionist to be very unfriendly and not helpful and the doctor I saw very dismissive and not helpful at all, I left there feeling very anxious about everything. No helpful advice or a referral to a specialist who could help me better. They lack an empathy and warmth. I don’t recommend.
