Horrific AI anwering service. You cannot talk to a human to book or cancel an appointment. Incredibly impersonal. How could elederly use this service?
Absolutely unprofessional. I don’t know how come they’re still running. The Staff is clueless. We were at the appointment at the time of our booking went to the reception. They said have a seat. Someone will call you in between we ask multiple times as to why our CALL is not coming for the Docter. Turns out for that Docter, you need to sit in the separate place.
