I have dental anxiety caused solely by dentists not listening to me. Dr Fen Chan was able to put me at ease. I felt heard, and she actually bothered to warn me before doing something that could be sensitive. I've recommended this clinic to my housemate and I'll definitely be back here again.
I attended this clinic for a booked appointment for a filling and a free dental clean under my cover. I informed Dr Pragati that my physical card was still in the mail, but I could provide my policy number. Despite this, they refused to proceed with the filling or the free clean, solely because I did not have the physical card or access to a digital version at that moment. The dentists and staff are kind and friendly and were very helpful for my visit at the dentist today !! I was so nervous before going.
Burwood Dental have nice friendly dentists, i have seen a few!! They are very supportive and informative and help me with my journey towards good dental health
