Dr Joanne Ling was amazing. I had concerns about receding gums, Dr Ling helped me to understand the reasons and reassured on what needs to be done. She was friendly and really professional as well.
Highly recommend Dr. Joanne, she was so welcoming and created a safe space all through the appointment. I was so nervous when I first came in, but left feeling so relaxed. Have been given a treatment plan for the next steps of care☺️!
An absolutely outstanding experience. Dr Nicola Stephen and Dr Pragati Kapila were incredibly patient, caring and professional throughout. They took the time to explain everything, made me feel comfortable, and showed genuine compassion every step of the way. A big thank you as well to all the nurses, assistants and reception staff, who were so friendly, kind and helpful. The whole team made a difficult situation much easier. I couldn't have asked for better care and would highly recommend them to anyone.
