SPOKE TO AN AMIABLE ENOUGH CLERK WHO TOOK INFORMATION. I FAXED INFORMATION TO THEM TO FACILITATE THEIR ASSESSMENT OF THE CASE. AFTER SEVERAL RETURN CALLS FROM THE A FORE MENTIONED CLERK REQUESTING ADDITIONAL INFO (INFO WHICH AN ATTORNEY OR HIS CLERK SHOULD HAVE BEEN GATHERING) I WAS TOLD THAT SINCE IT WAS FRIDAY, THE ATTORNEY WOULD CONTACT ME ON TUESDAY OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
