I went in with a broken necklace and he was super nice and helpful and explained why it keeps coming apart and what I can do to fix it, then repaired it at no charge. It was a wonderful win on a stressful day! Thanks again!!
they are a husband and wife couple that own the place and they are absolutely divine both of them are kind, great customer service and they welcome me with a smile! my family has been going to them for nearly over 20 years my mom has been with them for a very long time I do highly recommend them, We have bought jewelry from them and we have also had numerous jewelry pieces worked on no complaints at all
I meant to post a review sooner but life has been busy with a wedding, and a small honeymoon. We purchased part of my wedding ring set in a smaller size and needed to get it resized ASAP before our wedding. We dropped the ring off on a Wednesday and Burt’s Jewelry had it ready on Friday the day before our wedding. This isn’t the first time they’ve resized a ring for me and probably won’t be the last. We are always happy with their work.
