Having issues with my Ram 3500 early AM Burts was the only shop that would be open “7AM” others opened an hour or two later so I gave him a call told him I was kind of in a pinch he stated he had a full schedule but told me to stop in so he could evaluate my situation so I did, immediately looked at my Ram and told me what I needed he was on my situation immediately ordering parts however the parts I needed were not available until 12:30 …. Burt and his team were amazing. I got a flat tire while traveling and they took me right in; had me out the door in less than an hour. Very honest and humble folks, would highly recommend them.
I cannot say enough about Burt and his crew! We were on vacation when our van broke down and I am so grateful that Burt's was the closest repair shop. They got our vehicle right in and went above and beyond to help us get back on the road safely. Even though they were busy, they spent an entire day fixing our van. They even helped transport us to and from our vehicle. Very friendly and honest guys! Wish we lived closer so we could always go here for car repairs!
On vacation in the middle of my trip my car window stopped working, called up Burt and he told me to come on down! Within about 20-30 mins I was on my way out ! Fast, friendly, honest service! If anyone was to ask me if I knew someone to get the job done in the area I would highly recommend Burt!
